For faster support, send your request from the email address associated with your account and include the device type, app version, and a short description of the issue.

If your issue involves billing, renewals, or refunds, note whether the purchase was made through Apple or another provider and include any relevant order or receipt details you can safely share.

Account deletion is self-serve inside the app. If you cannot access the in-app deletion flow because of a support issue, contact [email protected].
